Gin & Tonic popsicles

Ingredients

  • 700ml tonic water
  • 40ml gin
  • 1/4 lime juice
  • 1/2 cucumber de-seeded & sliced

Method

  • Firstly you can slice and de seed your cucumber.
  • Place these in the ice pop moulds.
  • In a bowl mix the tonic water, lime juice and gin.
  • Pour this mixture into the pop moulds and free preferably overnight.

Tip: Do not be tempted to add more gin to the mix as this will stop the pops from freezing fully
