Ingredients
- 700ml tonic water
- 40ml gin
- 1/4 lime juice
- 1/2 cucumber de-seeded & sliced
Method
- Firstly you can slice and de seed your cucumber.
- Place these in the ice pop moulds.
- In a bowl mix the tonic water, lime juice and gin.
- Pour this mixture into the pop moulds and free preferably overnight.
Tip: Do not be tempted to add more gin to the mix as this will stop the pops from freezing fully
